Returns Policy

- Return and Exchange Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items received after this period may not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been altered, damaged, or show signs of use.
The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Gift cards
- Underwear and swimwear
- Personalized or customized items
- Items marked as clearance or final sale
- How to Request a Return or Exchange
To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer service team via email or phone, providing your order number and reason for return or exchange.
b. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, along with instructions on how to proceed.
c. Securely package your item, including all original packaging, tags, and any accompanying documentation.
d. Clearly mark the RMA number on the package and include any provided return shipping label.
e. Ship the package to the designated return address provided by our customer service team.
Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made in processing your order.
- Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the steps outlined in section 3. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you. Additional shipping charges may apply.
- International Returns & Exchanges
For international returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Please note that additional shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes may apply.
